Most sports are determined what happens towards the end. Better endurance equals better results.
We have all seen the stats on child and adult obesity. There are many factors that influence this but one is our relationship with exercise. Too many adults are scared by horrible PE lessons at school and never return to any form of sport or physical activity. We believe a positive experience at a young age will help them now but give young people the desire to make exercise a lifelong habit.
Injuries happen and as our children grow this will become part of their journey. However, we can reduce the chances of suffering injury by strengthening muscles and joints and improving technique.
Too many adult shy away from physical activity, gyms and sports teams because they don't know how to do it 'correctly'. We don't just train young people, we educate them for the long term benefit.
Children should play multiple sports. A well rounded physical education is so important for young people. By providing conditioning coaching for young athletes we give them the opportunity to excel in multiple sports.
It doesn't matter if your child just plays in the playground, for the school team, on a Sunday morning or for an academy, how many of their team mates are consistently improving their speed, strength, power, mobility and agility?
