Sport Specific Training

At Athletitude, we specialise in sport specific conditioning training for children in School years 4 to 8. Our focus is on developing key athletic skills that foster confidence and performance in their favourite sports.

Athletitude don't play matches, but we are a team.

Conditioning for young athletes is not about running round cones, bleep tests and press ups.  It's about enhancing the skills that make them perform in their sport.  

A goalkeeper needs great flexibility, quick reactions and the ability to make a decision quickly.   

A midfielder needs great endurance, speed and mobility.

A batsmen needs fast feet, quick reactions and exceptional balance.

Be a part of Athletitude and we don't coach the sport, we coach the skills that make the difference.
